# Wow & flutter tool

Hi all-

Just playing with the W&F visualizer for the first time. I see in the notes it’s expecting a signal between 1KHz and 3KHz. However, some of my testing is at 400Hz. Is there anything to configure to ‘widen’ the measured range to go down that low? Or will it figure it out for itself and find my signal?

Hi @Chicago, I think the issue is the number of zero crossings you get at lower frequencies. And the tool does an interpolation of zero crossing to determine the frequency of each cycle of the captured waveform. I’ll check what it would take to work with lower frequencies. Thanks!
