As per the subject.
I set the Xlog range 10Hz–80kHz, used 192kSPS setting and set the generator to 19kHz tone. The THD measurement box only displays minus infinity, despite the 2nd/3rd/4th harmonics of the 19kHz tone being visible.
Hi @MarkT. I think you need to configure the THD measurement: right-click MEASUREMENTS “THD” button and set the “Measurements Start Frequency” and “Measurements Stop Frequency” fields to appropriate values (by default they are at 20 Hz and 20Khz").
Ah yes that works nicely - I think I need to explore more of the menus on the buttons I think I missed a few goodies!
