Basic loudspeaker measurement?

What other equipment would I need apart from a measurement microphone, the actual speaker to measure and a QA403 in order to measure the frequency response of a bookshelf loudspeaker?
I have standard stereo amplifiers/preamp, but I have no microphone preamp.
The measurements would be in room, as I don’t have an anechoic chamber available.
Would the requirements be the same as in this post

Thanks.

I would get a Umik 1 calibrated microphone:

and use the REW software. You would also need a stand to hold the microphone and an amp to drive the speakers, 10w/8 ohms would be large enough. I use the QA403 to measure the speaker impedance. I would think that could be used to measured a gated frequency response and harmonics…
