Issue with firmware level

Hello,

I loaned by QA403 to a friend who upgraded the firmware accidentally to level 60.

The Frequency Response function no longer works with error " FFT too small".

When I try to go back to firmware 59 via either 1.197 or 1.199, I get the error:

“Flash Failed An Exception was caught”

Any thoughts on what to try? Needing to measure a new preamp today and unable to do so.

Well, I switched to another Windows machine and was able to get the firmware to revert.

Got the fft sizing to work.
