Automated tests - an exception occured - solved

Hi

Just got my 403, during balanced loop automated tests an exception occured,
see attachment. Any hints ?

You should post a screenshot of the error your got. I have seen the exception error when the QA40x is over driven. Sometimes I exit the program and restart the QA40x and try adding some more attenuation- try 24dB for the full scale input…

Well, the “autoset input range” flag is already set,
the error message looks like this:

Hi Gary, I ran the test as you set it up and it was completed properly by my QA403. Have you tried running the same test with other stop levels? Have you tried increasing the input level adder to 12?

What sw version are you using? I think I had this as well with an older SW version 1.202.

Problem solved, win 11 firewall GUI ( : Sphinx Software ) stopped QA sw

Hi @ghg, yes, this makes sense: the QA40x app talks to itself over REST localhost:9402. Glad it’s working!
