How is it correct to update the firmware, do I have to delete the existing version in the PC and then install the new version or can the new version be installed over the old version?
Hi @vidax. If you are referring to the QA40X software updates, it starts the new version without having to delete anything-this way you will also keep the setups that you may have saved. If the new QA40x software that you are updating notices that you need to update the QA403 firmware, it will notify you and just follow the instructions it provides on the screen
