QA402 Visualizers missing?

Is anyone else having trouble with the visualizer menu? I thought the wow & flutter tool was added in release .994. I’m on .996 now and clicking the visualizer menu doesn’t do anything. no drop down…just nothing. Running Windows 10… Any ideas here?
