I don’t think my QA403 has managed the firmware update. I wanted to update to version 1.201.
The QA403 is still recognized as two devices in the device manager:
HID compatible manufacturer defined device and USB input device
with VID 1FC9 - PID 0022
Is there any way I can bring it back to life?
I have seen a thread mentioning a workaround with internal bypassing of a test point.

Hi @Magnus, based on the VID:PID, you are in bootloader mode.
Plug in the hardware, make sure the QA40x app has focus, and type the letters “qa40x” (no quotes). Also, make sure you use the keyboard numbers above the QWERTY letters and not the numpad numbers.
Once you enter that, you should hear a beep and see a new menu called “Debug” in the QA40x menus. Select "Load default secure image (must be in HID mode):
This will load the appropriate image into the QA40x hardware.
Please let me know if this works for you! Thanks, Matt
